Mike Douglas has extensive work experience in the energy sector. Mike began their career in 1983 at OGE Energy Corp., where they held the position of ICS and Emergency Preparedness Manager for almost four decades until January 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to PowerGrid Services, where they currently serve as the VP Strategic Services.

Mike Douglas attended Southern Nazarene University from 2002 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
