Lance P. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Lance started their career as a Lead Technical Consultant at CSX in 2001, followed by a role as a Project Manager at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. In 2004, Lance established their own company, Prais, Inc., where they served as the Principal Owner until 2010. During this time, they gained experience in project management and technology.
In 2010, Lance joined IBM as a Technical Sales Consultant, where they played a vital role in customer interactions, solution proposals, and the installation and configuration of Cast Iron technology. Lance also worked extensively with leading virtualization software and large-scale integration projects.
After leaving IBM in 2012, Lance held various positions in different companies. Lance worked as a Technical Integration Director at Prefered Partner, where they provided expertise in migration and integration of data using IPAAS solutions. Lance also served as the Technical Vice President of Sales at Vorex in 2014, responsible for expanding the business in North America and internationally.
From 2016, Lance founded and acted as CEO of Prais LLC, a company specializing in providing customers with Netsuite integration solutions. Lance built the business to exceed sales and revenue expectations, working with large-scale enterprise projects and representing IPAAS Gartner leading companies.
Most recently, in 2020, Lance joined PowerFluence as the Mulesoft Practice Lead, aiming to grow the MuleSoft practice and become a leader in the industry.
Currently, Lance holds the position of Sr. Director Integration Architect at Neocol since April 2021.
Throughout their career, Lance has demonstrated expertise in integration architecture, project management, sales, and technology, serving various prestigious clients such as Cisco, Deloitte, and USAA Financials.
Lance P. pursued their Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona from 1992 to 1997. Following this, they attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 1993 to 1998, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
