Robert Hughes has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Robert started their career at Tang Capital Management in 2016, where they worked as a Software Engineer in the Operations department until November 2020. Following that, they joined Odonate Therapeutics™ as a Software Engineer in the Operations team in July 2017 and continued in this role until November 2020. Currently, Robert is working at PowerFlex as a Software Engineer 4 since March 2021 and has recently been promoted to the position of Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer.

Robert Hughes attended UC San Diego from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained two Bachelor's degrees. One was in Economics, and the other was in Neuroscience.
