Blake R. has held various roles in different companies. In 2018, Blake worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at ZPower. In 2019, Blake interned as a Project Management Intern at HEXCORP and later worked as an Engineering Project Coordinator at RENAU ELECTRONIC LABORATORIES. In 2020, Blake joined PowerFlex as a Project Coordinator, and then progressed to become a Project Development Analyst. Currently, Blake serves as a Project Developer at PowerFlex, overseeing the development of Commercial & Industrial PV, BESS, and EV projects from inception to contract execution, and handling tasks such as incentive management, project economics, contract negotiation, and site feasibility.

Blake R. attended Moorpark College from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Physics, Mathematics, and General Studies with an Emphasis in Science. In 2017, they enrolled at UCLA and studied Electrical Engineering until 2019. Blake R. also obtained several additional certifications: an IBM Data Science Professional Certificate from Coursera in July 2020, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in May 2020, and a PV Associate certification from NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) in April 2021.
