Richard Stoker is an experienced executive in environmental services and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Environmental Services at POWER Engineers. Stoker has held significant leadership roles, including Vice President at TRC, Energy Sector Manager at Secor International, and Senior Program Manager at URS Greiner Woodward Clyde. Additionally, Stoker worked as a National Account Manager at Waste Management, Inc. Richard Stoker holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture, both from Louisiana State University, with studies in the latter from 1972 to 1977 and the former from 1977 to 1980.
