Justin Lee is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Powered by People since August 2023, Justin has previously held significant roles at Amazon Web Services as a Software Development Engineer, and at Amazon Business in the same capacity. Earlier experience includes positions at Top Hat as Tech Lead I and Software Developer IV, as well as a Mobile Developer and Full Stack Software Developer at G Adventures. Justin's career began at Google as a Technical Solutions Specialist via Vaco and included co-founding Teamstory, where responsibilities included serving as Co-founder and Technical Lead. Justin holds a degree in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where research efforts involved developing mechanical machines. Additional experience includes a Quality Assurance Engineer role at ViXS Systems Inc.
