Cynthia Linton, RPL, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager for Public Safety at PowerDMS by NEOGOV since February 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as an ECC & Partner Engagement Consultant at RapidSOS, providing support for partner deployments and conducting acceptance testing on an intelligent safety platform. From November 2020 to March 2022, Cynthia worked as a Covid19 Contact Tracer at the Vermilion County Health Department, conducting over 3,000 phone screenings to assist residents with Covid19-related inquiries. With extensive experience in emergency communication, Cynthia directed the 911 Communications Center in Vermilion County from January 1999 to May 2021, implementing a Quality Assurance program in alignment with industry standards. Cynthia holds a Management Certificate in Business Administration and is pursuing a certification in Project Management through Coursera, with education from Danville Area Community College and APCO International.
