Michael Cooper is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer journey management, marketing, and church relationships. Currently serving as a Customer Journey and Certified Scrum Master at PowerChurch Software, Michael also holds a role as a member of the Board of Trustees and a marketing consultant for Visible Music College. As the founder and Missional Marketing Manager of fetch : creates, Michael focuses on enhancing customer journeys through digital marketing while promoting social responsibility by employing individuals from the Philippines. Previous roles include Family Pastor at First Baptist Church Nesbit, Sales and Operations Liaison at COMP Performance Group, and Director of Youth Ministry at Parkway Baptist Church. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Union University.
