Bethany Hale is a skilled professional with extensive experience in software support and library services. Currently serving as the Software Support Supervisor at PowerChurch Software, Bethany leads and mentors a team, designing and delivering comprehensive training programs. Previously, as a Youth Services Librarian for Buncombe County Government, Bethany conducted instructional sessions on digital literacy and developed training resources for technical support. At Biltmore, Bethany held multiple leadership roles, including Crew Leader and Assist, where contributions included creating training manuals and troubleshooting technology issues. Bethany holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Brevard College.
