Stig Kallestad has worked for four companies in the past. From 2022, they have been the Business Manager at PowerCell Sweden AB. From 2011 to 2011, they were the HC Sustainability Program Responsible, Crew Relations Manager, and Commercial Manager at BW Offshore. During the same year, they were a Senior Advisor at Sund Energy AS. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Sales Manager Fuel Markets at Gasnor.

Stig Kallestad's education history includes a Bachelor in Business and Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, which they attained between 2004 and 2006 with a focus in HRM. Stig also completed an Executive Master in Energy Management from both ESCP Business School and BI Norwegian Business School in 2009. Additionally, they have attended Mahidol University, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, and the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH).
