Javier Perez has worked for three companies, starting with Safran in 2013. At Safran, Javier held three roles: Engineering Changes Analyst, Industrial Engineer II, and Manufacturing Engineering. In 2021, Javier moved to Jabil, where they held the role of Sr Industrial Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, Javier joined PowerArena as a Customer Success Manager.

Javier Perez attended Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Ingeniería industrial. Javier then pursued a Maestría en Administración de Negocios en Áreas de Recursos Humanos at Universidad Tecmilenio.
