Doug Harshbarger has over 25 years of experience in the electrical engineering and maintenance fields. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Power Solutions Group Ltd. since 2015, Doug works with manufacturing facilities, utility companies, and contractors to identify and resolve various electrical issues, including harmonics and power factor problems. Prior to this role, Doug held several positions, including Electrical Division Manager at Wells Brothers, Inc. (1999-2015), Plant Engineer at CON AGRA FOODS (1998-1999), Manager of Maintenance and Technicians at Alcoa (1995-1998), and Technician at Campbell Soup Company (1993-1995).
