Don Dodds has extensive experience in sales and business development in various industries. Don began their career at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company as a Project Engineer from June 1984 to September 1987. Don then joined Boeing in September 1987, where they served as an Engineering Manager, leading a team responsible for engine integration into military aircraft. Don also worked in the Phantom Works R&D business, focusing on proprietary technology development.
In 1998, Dodds joined Crane Aerospace as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for direct OEM sales and distribution of fluid-handling equipment in the Midwest region.
From 2001 to 2008, Dodds worked at Corning Cable Systems, where they served as an Area Sales Manager, managing both direct sales and distribution of telecommunications equipment in a five-state Midwest region.
Starting in 2008, Dodds worked at Wood Group, initially as a Regional Sales Manager and later as a Regional Sales Director and Vice President - Americas Sales. Don led sales teams responsible for aftermarket turbo-machinery products and services in the power industry, covering multiple states in the western U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
Dodds then joined Orbital Energy Services in 2014 as an Executive Vice President of Business Development, responsible for sales and marketing of their services and products. Don served in this role until July 2016.
Since 2014, Dodds has also been working at Power Services Group, Inc., first as an Executive Vice President of Business Development and then as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) since August 2021. In their current role, they are responsible for the sales, commercial, and marketing aspects of PSG's portfolio of products and services.
Don Dodds pursued their education in the field of Engineering. Don completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they went on to acquire a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
