Kristian Flores is an experienced technician in the live sound and entertainment industry, currently working at Power Plus Sound & Lighting, Inc. since July 2016, and simultaneously at Encore Event Entertainment and Audio Design Rentals. Key responsibilities include unloading, building, and breaking down public address systems, troubleshooting signal flow during performances, and assisting bands and A1 engineers to ensure successful events. Previous positions include Studio Technician at The Art Institute of California-San Diego, where proficiency in digital and analog mixing consoles was demonstrated, and an internship at Signature Sound Recording Studio. Prior to the technical roles, Kristian served as a Logistics Specialist in the US Navy, significantly enhancing material readiness and managing supply requisitions. Kristian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Production from The Art Institutes and a high school diploma from Montgomery High School.
