Vanessa De La Riva is an experienced Operations Specialist at Power Plus since June 2001, responsible for managing City and County Business Licenses, Contractors Insurance (Workers' Compensation and General Liability), Revenue, and Prelims. Additionally, Vanessa has been a licensed and bonded Notary Public since November 2003, with over 19 years of experience specializing in loan signings, immigration filings, passport assistance, citizenship applications, and Powers of Attorney. Vanessa holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, as well as Accounting Administration, from Santa Ana College, with additional education from Santiago High School in Garden Grove and Saddleback High School in Santa Ana.
