Dalerie Cleveland Faust has worked in the quality assurance field since 1989. Dalerie began their career at Athens Packaging as a Quality Assurance professional. In 1999, they joined Power Partners, Inc. as a Quality Specialist, performing quality assistance/ISO audits for materials and internal processes, coaching operations teams to follow suspect non-conforming material procedures, and participating in MRB and initiating MRR processes. In 2016, they joined Power Partners as an Engineer Technician.

Dalerie Cleveland Faust attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Business. Dalerie also attended Oconee County High School, where they obtained a Degree in Interpersonal Relationships Skills in 1988.
