Antony Valencia has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Antony began working as the Director of Construction and Operations at Power Leaves Corp. in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CEMEX as a Senior Commercial, starting in October 2015 and continuing until January 2022. Before that, they were a Territory Manager at EFCO from May 2014 to September 2015. Antony also served as the Director of Projects at ARCADIA from April 2012 to June 2014 and as Director at A.V.P from September 2011 to February 2012. Antony Valencia's earliest role was as Director of Projects at VAYTRU in 2011.

Antony Valencia received their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2002 and 2008. In 2014, they completed a training program in sales called "Integrity Selling" in Des Moines, Iowa, USA. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia, completing their studies between 2012 and 2014.
