Steve Grover has a diverse range of work experience in the field of network engineering. Steve began their career in 1994 as an Engineering Desktop Technician at Alamar Manufacturing and later worked as a Network Specialist at NXP Semiconductors from 1999 to 2011. In these roles, Steve was responsible for administering and maintaining network infrastructure components, providing support for IT projects, and ensuring maximum availability, efficiency, and security.

Steve then joined Trident Microsystems as a Global Connectivity Manager in 2010, where they managed the global MPLS network, administered network components, and played an active role in IT site migrations, building moves, and set-ups. Steve also contributed to infrastructure improvement projects, including the deployment of a network monitoring system and a video conference system.

In 2012, Steve joined Sigma Designs as a Senior Network Engineer, where they had global responsibilities for managing the MPLS network. Steve'scontributions included administering and maintaining network components, participating in various IT projects such as site migrations and infrastructure improvements, and deploying new technologies like Silverpeak SD-WAN Optimization devices. Steve also implemented network monitoring systems and led other network improvement projects.

Most recently, Steve has been working at Power Integrations as a Senior Network Engineer since 2018. Further details about their role and responsibilities at Power Integrations have not been provided.
