Guan Keat Lai has a diverse work experience spanning over thirteen years. Guan Keat began their career in 2008 at IBM as a Customer Fulfillment Professional, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Guan Keat served as a Sr Program Administrator at Flex.

In 2013, Guan Keat joined Microchip Technology Inc. as a Business Planning professional and stayed with the company until 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in business planning.

Since 2017, Guan Keat has been working at Power Integrations. Guan Keat started as a Senior Materials Planner and later transitioned to the role of Business Planning Manager in 2022.
