Jay Spurlock has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Consultant at Power Grid Engineering, LLC since January 2013. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of President at Pacific Energy Network, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2012. Jay's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Yakima Valley College, completed from 1973 to 1975, as well as a high school diploma from TaHoMa High School, obtained in 1969.
