Manohar Balwani has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as the Ex Executive Director and Company Secretary at Power Finance Corporation Ltd. since April 2013. Previously, Manohar held the position of General Manager and Company Secretary at MMTC Limited from August 1996 to April 2013, and worked as a Senior Accounts Officer at Paradeep Phosphates Limited from 1989 to 1996. Manohar's academic qualifications include a Company Secretary (CS) degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an ICWA degree from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Kota Open University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University.
