Phillippe Covington is a seasoned professional in merchandising and category management with extensive experience in the HVAC and power tools sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising (HVAC) at Power Equipment Direct since December 2013, Phillippe has progressed through multiple levels in the company, beginning as a Category Manager Level 1 and advancing to Senior Category Manager. Prior to this role, Phillippe worked at Sears Holdings Corporation, where the responsibilities included buying for Sears Portable Power Tools and managing inventory analysis for over 7,000 SKUs across multiple divisions. Phillippe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, awarded in 2005.
