Grace Durham has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and casting. Grace started their career as a Casting Intern at SARAH FINN CASTING INC in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Brand Marketing Intern at 72andSunny. Grace then joined Narrative in 2020 as a Lead Content Producer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Meta Producer at Power Digital Marketing, where they previously worked as a Senior TikTok Content Producer before being promoted to Associate Creative Director of TikTok Strategy.

Grace Durham attended New York University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts. In 2018, they also briefly attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for a course in Shakespeare Performance.
