Steven Shi is an experienced engineering manager currently at Power Breezer, where responsibilities include designing and refining product development and manufacturing processes, as well as leading teams in new product development. Previously, Steven served as a plant manager, ensuring quality production efficiency and managing production schedules, and as a quality manager, where a total quality system was established and managed. Additional roles include facilities engineer at Crestone Group, LLC, and teaching assistant positions at Southern Methodist University and LeTourneau University. Steven holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing System Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from LeTourneau University.
