Jayson Redden has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Corporate Contact Center Manager at Powell's Books since September 2012, where previously held the position of Corporate Contact Center Supervisor. Prior experience includes roles as a Genius at Apple Retail from October 2010 to August 2011, and as a Geek Squad Agent and Home Theater Specialist at Best Buy from September 2008 to October 2010. Jayson began a career in retail as a Management Intern/Sales Associate at Exotic Jungle Pet Store from September 2006 to January 2008. Educationally, Jayson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Editing from West Virginia University, attended from 2004 to 2009, and pursued further studies at Portland State University during 2011 to 2012.
