Joe Coughlan currently serves as the Accounting Systems Manager at POWDR, where responsibilities include managing the ERP transition to Oracle NetSuite and orchestrating system integrations. Previously, Joe worked as the Accounts Payable Manager, implementing procurement functions across multiple locations and expanding the accounts payable department. Joe's accounting career began at Backcountry.com, processing a high volume of invoices with exceptional accuracy, and also includes operations management experience at Ski Butlers. Earlier roles in adventure education and outdoor instruction demonstrate strong leadership and safety management skills. Joe holds a BS in Physics from Saint Michael's College.
