Peter Burke has extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as Project Manager at Powder River Development Services since April 2013. Prior to this role, Peter Burke worked as a Consultant at St Croix Valley Consulting, Inc from 2008 to March 2013. Peter Burke holds a Bachelor's degree from Nankai University, completed in 1991, and attended the University of Minnesota from 1984 to 1989.
