Jaclyn Parker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical program operations and claims management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Clinical Program Operations at American Specialty Health since June 2011, Jaclyn has held progressively responsible roles including Vice President in multiple areas such as Specialty Network Operations and Claims & Eligibility. Prior to this, Jaclyn contributed to MedImpact Healthcare Systems as Operations Processing Manager, successfully uniting departments and improving operational efficiency. Jaclyn's leadership is characterized by a focus on employee development and satisfaction, evidenced by the advancement of 27 team members, and a proven track record in enhancing performance standards. Additionally, Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical History and Languages from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Melbourne.
