Swati Bhargava has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Swati is currently the Co-Founder of CashKaro.com, India's largest and fastest-growing Cashback & Coupons site. Swati has also co-founded Pouring Pounds Ltd, a major player in the Rewards, Cashback, and loyalty space in the UK and India.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Swati has worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2010. During their time there, they focused on banks in EMEA and their capital positioning in the Investment Banking Division.

Swati has also taken on a leadership role as the Global Chapter Chair at H2, a premier global leadership network in the digital industry. H2's mission is to advance education and leadership development in digital entrepreneurship and innovation.

Through their varied experiences, Swati has developed a strong business acumen and expertise in the digital industry, particularly in areas such as cashback, rewards, and investment banking.

Swati Bhargava completed their GCSE A Levels at National Junior College in Singapore from 1999 to 2001. During this period, they focused on subjects such as Maths, Economics, Physics, and other Math-related courses. Additionally, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics & Economics.
