Ronnie Kandler is a Partner at Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten since January 2017, specializing in M&A, private equity, investments, and corporate matters. Prior experience includes serving as a Lawyer at Kromann Reumert from September 2005 to December 2016, focusing on M&A in the IT and technology sector, as well as cross-border transactions and commercial law, with notable work involving Chinese investments.
