John Bo Jakobsen is an experienced engineering and project management professional currently serving as Head of Design & Engineering at Poul Johansen Maskiner A/S since January 2019. Previously, John held several leadership roles at NNE from March 2007 to December 2018, including Director Project Execution and Department Manager Portfolio Management, where responsibilities encompassed project portfolio management and resource optimization. Additionally, John served as Project Portfolio Manager, focusing on managing and evaluating projects within the portfolio, and as a Senior Project Manager, certified by IPMA. Earlier in John’s career, roles included Project Manager at PEC A/S and Engineering Manager at Gerstenberg Engineering A/S, where John managed international turnkey projects and sales responsibilities in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. John Bo Jakobsen earned an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark from 1991 to 1998.
