Benny Smith is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as CEO of PJM A/S since February 2018, Benny has a rich history in military service, holding the position of Lieutenant Colonel in the Reserves at Den Kongelige Livgarde until March 2024. Previous roles include General Manager at Flexicon Liquid Filling, Managing Director at Ruko A/S, Hans Buch A/S, and Metric A/S, as well as positions in marketing and product management at Bruel & Kjaer and Oticon A/S. Benny holds a B.Sc. in Marketing Economics from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, complemented by military training from the Danish Defence Academy and executive education from Hult Ashridge.
