Joseph Reilly is an experienced clinical operations leader specializing in transplant services. Currently serving as the Director of Transplant Clinical Operations at UCHealth since June 2021, Joseph has previously held various roles including Social Work Manager and Program Manager for Living Donor Kidney & Liver. Prior to UCHealth, Joseph worked at Yale New Haven Hospital from October 2016 to June 2021 as an Operations Leader in Ambulatory Transplant and as a Renal Transplant Social Worker. Joseph's career began at St. Vincent's Health Services in Bridgeport, CT, where responsibilities included Psychiatric Social Worker/Treatment Coordinator and Mental Health Worker. Joseph holds an MBA from Post University, an MSW from Fordham University, and a BA in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
