Lisa Bailey is PotomacWave’s Director of Business and Technology Programs and has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategic programs, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications initiatives. Lisa holds both a PMP and Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification and earned the ProSci® Certified Change Management Practitioner designation. Lisa earned a B.S. in Business Management from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University.
