Phil Buffery, AIF® currently holds the position of External Sales at Potomac Fund Management, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Phil served as an Advisory Business Consultant and Wealth Management Consultant at Cetera Financial Group from November 2019 to May 2022. From June 2016 to September 2019, Phil was the Regional Vice President at Advisor Group. Phil also worked as a Consultant at PJB Consulting, where responsibilities included advising on business structure for revenue growth, and held several roles at Pioneer Investments, culminating as Regional Vice President from July 2006 to September 2015, focusing on relationship building in various territories. Earlier experience includes serving as Divisional Sales Coordinator at AXA, where Phil aided advisors in transitioning to fee-based wealth management, and roles at Morgan Stanley as a Broker Services Specialist and Financial Advisor. Phil earned a BA in Mass Communications from Iona University.
