James Pearson has over 23 years of experience in the lumber manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Mill Manager at PotlatchDeltic Corporation since February 2020, overseeing a high-capacity stud lumber manufacturing plant in Gwinn, MI. Prior to this role, James held the position of Superintendent of Manufacturing at Potlatch Corporation from May 2005 to February 2020, where responsibilities included planning and organizing technologically advanced sawmill operations with a focus on quality and safety. Additional experience includes serving as Planer/Sawmill Production Superintendent and Shift Foreman at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation from June 2000 to May 2005, where James was responsible for the safe and productive flow of logs and lumber throughout the mill. Educational background includes attendance at Northern Michigan University.
