Taylor Marchman (they/them) has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as a Customer Experience Advocate 2 at Postscript since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Barista at Sightglass from 2019 to 2021, a Relief Counselor at Progress Foundation from 2019 to 2021, a Main Manager at Victoria's Secret from 2015 to 2019, and a Main Manager at Sway from 2014 to 2015. At Victoria's Secret, Taylor was responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, staff development, re-merchandising, cashiering and money handling, managing company financials, and opening and closing the store. At Sway, they were responsible for customer service, driving and tracking sales, logging and selecting inventory, shipment processing, staff development, re-merchandising, store promotion and advertisement, and managing company financials.

Taylor Marchman attended Berkeley City College from 2013 to 2015, studying Psychology. They then attended Fullerton College in 2015, also studying Psychology. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at San Francisco State University from 2017 to 2020.
