Ekaterina Spiridonova is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence and Quality at PostNord Oy since August 2021. Prior roles include serving as Publications Chair and Newsletter Editor for ASQ Lean Enterprise Division, and working as a Business Process Manager at Neste. Ekaterina has also held positions as Project Manager and Process Development Consultant at PostNord Oy, and Business Process Analyst at Business Excellence Solutions, Ltd. Additionally, work experience includes internships at LUKOIL Lubricants Europe and a sustainability risk assessment project at Wärtsilä. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Logistics and Innovation at LUT University, Ekaterina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a degree in International Relations from Petrozavodsk State University.
