Willemien Gallee has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Willemien worked at PostNL from 2013 to 2022, starting as a Management Trainee and progressing to roles such as Controller Operations, Manager Sorting Center BFC, Manager Operations Online Food, Manager Online Food, and Strategic Program Manager Parcels. Currently, they hold the position of Cluster Lead Digital Supply Chain. Prior to their time at PostNL, Willemien worked at KYCnet as a Due Diligence Analyst from 2011 to 2012. Willemien also gained experience as a Supervisor at Theaters Tilburg from 2009 to 2010.

Willemien Gallee received a Bachelor's degree in Fiscal Economics from Tilburg University in 2011. Willemien then pursued a Master's degree in Spatial, Transport and Environmental Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), which they completed in 2012. In 2007, they participated in an exchange semester at Prague University of Economics and Business. Prior to their university education, they completed their VWO at Trinitascollege, locatie Han Fortmann from 1999 to 2005.
