Fabian Krottje has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Fabian started their career at Nationale-Nederlanden in 1997, where they held various roles including Senior Acceptant/Schadebehandelaar, Teammanager, Teamcoach, and Casemanager Mobiliteit. In these positions, they were responsible for accepting liability risks, managing teams, coaching and developing employees, and implementing organizational development programs. Fabian also served as a mediator in performance management conflicts and was involved in talent management, recruitment, and mobility processes. In 2019, they joined PostNL as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they supported directors and managers in the domains of finance, legal, and audit/security. Fabian also took on the responsibilities of learning and development and recruitment. Later, they became the HR Business Lead, acting as a strategic partner for the CFO and a member of the Finance Director management team. Fabian led the Legal, Privacy Office, Tax, Audit, and Security departments and was involved in projects related to leadership, future skills, and performance management.
Fabian Krottje has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management, Economie en Recht from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Learning Agility & Big 5 from HFMtalentindex/Assessio, DISC, Denkstijlen & Drijfveren from DISC Factor BV, Drijfveren from Profile Dynamics, and Reflector Big Five Personality/Reflector 360/Talent Match Premium from PiCompany. Fabian also has completed multiple short courses and programs in fields such as transactional analysis, deep democracy, mediation, coaching, and leadership.
