Alena Skalkina has extensive experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Postgres Professional since May 2022. Previous roles include IT/GameDev Recruiter at Game Insight from November 2020 to February 2022, where Alena managed the full recruitment cycle for various technical and creative positions in the gaming industry. Prior to that, Alena was an IT Recruiter at Wanted:Profi from November 2018 to November 2020, specializing in a wide range of IT roles. Additional experience includes positions at Ingate as a Researcher/Recruiter focusing on B2B sales and as a Recruiting Assistant at Kelly. Alena holds a Bachelor's degree in Economy from the Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev, completed in 2017.
