Gina Falloon MHA, RN, BSN serves as the VP of Clinical Operations at Posterity Health since October 2023. Previously, Gina held the position of Practice Administrator in the Department of Neurosciences at UCHealth from September 2019 to October 2023 and also worked as a Practice Administrator and Quality Specialist there. At Swedish, from July 2018 to July 2019, Gina acted as a Decision Support Analyst, leading financial analysis and strategic planning for the Heart & Vascular Institute. Gina's earlier role as Director of Clinical Services at Brookdale from October 2014 to June 2018 included significant achievements in quality assurance and operational improvements. Gina's career began at MultiCare Health System as a Phlebotomist from June 2012 to March 2014. Gina earned a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Washington State University.
