Kanika Rawat is an Associate HR at Posterity Consulting, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Kanika completed a Human Resources Internship at Dabur India Limited in mid-2022 and contributed to community development and research at TareZameen Foundation in early 2022. Additionally, Kanika gained internship experience at The Leading Solutions in late 2021. Currently pursuing a PGDM in Marketing and HR at Jaipuria School of Business since August 2021, Kanika holds a B.Com (Hons) in Business Finance and Economics from JNVU, completed in 2021.
