Frank Willard has extensive experience in credit, collections, and receivables management. Frank started their career at GE Commercial Finance in 1993 as a VP of Receivables, before moving on to roles at GE Capital and Iron Mountain. Most recently, Frank served as the VP Global Credit & Collections at Intrado.

Frank Willard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Scranton. Frank furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Management & Operations from Saint Joseph's University.
