Barry Lefkowitz is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and advisory, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Member at HMC Real Estate Partners LLC since 2015. Lefkowitz holds the position of Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Postal Realty Trust since 2019 and has been the Founder, President, and CEO of Huntington Road Advisors LLC since 2014. Additional experience includes serving as an Independent Director for ShopOne Centers REIT from March 2018 to May 2022, Interim Chief Financial Officer at Brixmor Property Group for a brief period in 2016, and playing a key role as EVP & CFO at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation from 1994 to 2014. Prior to these roles, Lefkowitz was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1987 to 1994. Barry Lefkowitz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
