Matt Lambeth is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the real estate and development sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction Management at Post Investment Group since January 2023, Matt oversees pre-acquisition diligence, budgeting, and capex scope development, focusing on project scope identification and lender coordination. Previously, from July 2006 to January 2023, Matt held the position of Sr. Vice President of Real Estate & Development at Sky Zone Franchise Group, where significant achievements included expanding a team from one to 55 members and driving a remarkable 425% annual growth by opening over 220 stores in 15 countries. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis, completed in 2006.
