Rachel Rickhoff possesses extensive experience in HR compliance, having held multiple roles since 2014 across reputable organizations, including Post Holdings and Express Scripts. Currently serving as HR Compliance Lead at Post Holdings, Rachel leads the development and analysis of Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1, and VETS4212 reports, as well as overseeing compliance audits and training initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Rewards Analyst and Staffing Coordinator at Express Scripts, where Rachel managed compensation recommendations, onboarding processes, and vendor relationships. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Rachel demonstrates a strong foundation in compliance, data analysis, and HR functions.
