Michael Chen is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & People Analytics at Post Holdings since August 2020. Previously, Michael held roles such as Manager of People Analytics & Compensation at KATERRA and HR Data Analytics Lead at DCP Midstream, where Michael transformed HR data functions to include predictive modeling and actionable insights.
