Maureen English Carroll is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in regulatory and food law. Currently serving as Vice President Safety and Chief Compliance Officer at Post Holdings since November 2015, Maureen has also held the position of Associate General Counsel in the same domain. In addition to operating a law office dedicated to advertising and FDA law since 1998, Maureen has provided outside counsel for ShopNBC (now EVINE Live) from 2003 to 2015, focusing on operational issues related to FDA-regulated products. Past roles include serving as Contract Outside Counsel for Target and Senior Attorney at General Mills, along with academic contributions as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. Maureen's legal career began at King & Spalding and the U.S. Department of Justice, following the attainment of a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Food Science and Technology Chemistry.
