Krista Specht is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercialization and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Commercialization at Post Consumer Brands since January 2019, Krista has progressed through various roles including Associate Director and Senior Manager of Commercialization. Prior to this, Krista spent over eleven years at The Toro Company, where responsibilities included leading business process improvements in finance, managing the IS PMO, and overseeing project management initiatives. Earlier in the career, Krista held positions as a Senior Application Developer at Accenture, a Software Engineer at Best Buy, and a Consultant at TKI Consulting. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from The College of St. Scholastica.
